11.08.2005, Um die Synergien innerhalb der Swatch Group AG voll und ganz nutzen zu können, wurden einige Aktivitäten im Elektronikbereich zusammengefasst.

So hat die Swatch Group AG beschlossen, die Aktivitäten der Firma Omega Electronics neu zu strukturieren. Dieses Nicht-Uhren-Unternehmen gehört zum Geschäftsfeld „Elektronische Systeme“ der Swatch Group.
