15.08.2014, Umsatzwachstum von 25.0% gegenüber Vorjahr auf 132.6 Mio. CHF. Anstieg des operativen Gewinns auf Stufe EBITDA um 9.6% auf 10.7 Mio. CHF. Starker CHF drückt EBITDA-Marge auf 8.1%. Steigerung des Reingewinns um 64.9% auf 4.4 Mio. CHF.

Die COMET Gruppe setzte ihren Wachstumskurs im ersten Halbjahr 2014 wie erwartet fort und steigerte ihren konsolidierten Nettoumsatz um 25.0% gegenüber Vorjahr auf 132.6 Mio. CHF (H1 2013: 106.0 Mio. CHF).

Der operative Gewinn auf Stufe EBITDA stieg trotz der strategischen Investitionen in künftiges Wachstum (u.a. ebeam, HF Generatoren, neue Produkte bei Yxlon) auf 10.7 Mio. CHF (H1 2013: 9.8 Mio. CHF). Negative Währungseinflüsse wirkten sich mit 1.8 Mio. CHF bzw. 1.4% Margenpunkten aus und führten zu einer tieferen EBITDA-Marge von 8.1% (H1 2013: 9.2%). Der Reingewinn erhöhte sich unterstützt durch tiefere Ertragssteuern um 64.9% auf 4.4 Mio. CHF (H1 2013: 2.7 Mio. CHF).

Der Halbjahresbericht 2014 mit dem konsolidierten Ergebnis der COMET HOLDING AG wird anlässlich der Analysten- und Medienkonferenz am 21. August 2014 in Zürich (SIX Swiss Exchange, Convention Point, Selnaustrasse 30) publiziert.
